User Research is a revelation of the problem. I relish in observing users’ unconscious behavior & empathizing their pain points to understand the "why" & "how" behind their unfulfilled needs. My user research experience encompasses a field study (publication) and accessibility in gaming.
The iterative and user-centric design process is what that leads to a prototype. Transforming the product ideas into a functional & tangible medium through interaction design process and human factors/ergonomics evaluation methods is what makes a product usable. My prototyping experience includes building code-based, digital & physical models.
